It was a very boring week, you can skip this post if you'd like, nothing interesting or new. Well... I went to the top of Noel Hill in Heywood which isn't particularly difficult. The past week has been pretty bad for fast food. I've successfully managed to stop getting fast food for myself but when other people are involved and they're getting it anyway, I can't help myself. Although I one time last week I did get invited to my friends house. These guys are stoner's so if we're there for a few hours, you can guarantee we're ordering food. I made a suggestion to bring lasagne with me and we could have that, which went down well.
These social situations are constantly cropping up and trying to avoid fast food is actually making me hate it a lot, which is a good thing. It makes me realise how unhealthy myself and just everyone in my town is when you look at my towns city centre. There's literally nothing but cheap/low cost fast food places.
The best thing I can do personally, for myself is to just avoid going to these places and cook food for myself as much as possible. Here's the results for this week -
I think I should push myself to do more steps than the bare minimum. The threat of just giving up after pushing myself too hard is gone, I think.
