If you keep yourself occupied, it's much easier to just naturally eat less. I've found that because I'm working I'm only eating 1-2 meals a day and not snacking on anything. I've had a few treats when I'm off work but for most part it seems to be pretty good. Something that's pretty new which I need to stop is that when I've finished work for a week I've been treating myself to Mcdonalds on the way home. This can add up especially if it's every week that it's happening.
Still haven't made any progress with joining the gym or with my diet. I've been taking the easy options because I'm still in the settling period at my job (I consider this the first 3 months) and so when this is complete I can start to work in my ideal diet. This does just sound like an excuse but to me it makes sense.
I'd like to be more active with my days off as well. Go for longer walks and just days out with Holly but so far we've both had stuff to do and this hasn't happened. We're currently in the process of buying a house as well so when we finally live together then it should be easier to organise these types of things.
Here's the results for this week -
Nothing special, as per, as there's only one more post till I've finished I don't expect it to change. At this point I just want to get it done.
